An SEO friendly URL is called as
permalink, if your url satisfies the following conditions then we term it as
permalink.
1. Permalink must have your keyword.
2. It must have least number of
slashes.(/).

keyword,then getting top rank is not a big deal.

websites:- The websites that are developed using coding like html,java,
.net and p.h.p etc are called as general websites.To satisfy permalink in such
sites new page and code then save it,make sure that you have keywords in the

Permalinks in blogger:-
By default, in blogger the webpage
address automatically created with your post title as the words in them along
with 3 slashes because of year and month. The structure is not SEO friendly because of 3 slashes but it

helps in speed of the website which again is a major factor in SEO.
Permalink in WordPress:-
By default permalink is disabled
in word-press however if you wish to enable it go to
settings->permalink->select on ‘custom structure’ and type in the
search box /%post name%/ after that save the settings,when you are publishing a
post then you will get a option called edit then you can edit your permalink as your
wish.
