We can not place ad-sense ads anywhere in your websites as ad-sense  providing different banners and different types of ads. We need to choose the right ad placements and right type of ads which are not going to effect our page rank.


Avoid using flash ads in the webpages as Google can not read flash in your website. Using of flash ads will reduce your rank which i have personally experienced with one of my websites where i was drop down from 1st page result to 45th page result of my webpage. So don’t allow Flash to your webpage which is not at all seo friendly.
Avoid using pop-up ads,which are not user friendly. You might get good amount forpop-up ads but sure you will gradually lose your website traffic and page rank in Google search engine results.

Don’t allow sticky ads which goes along with your courser on desktop in your webpage. Ad placement of sticky ad will reduce page rank and it might push your site into spam.

Ad placements in header of your website is not at all allowed by neither Google nor seo program,so don’t give ad placement in the header part of your website.
