Header Tags [4 marks] :-
Header tags (<h1>,<h2>,<h3>)
of the website pages should always consist of keywords that you are
targeting.There should be any only one h1 tag per page for better ranking in
Google however you can have more than on <h2> and <h3> tags which
doesn’t mateers but <h1> tag should be one in each webpage.
Header tag syntax :-
<h1> Your page matter </h1> ,it
should bee only one and so on for all the header tags <h2> to
<h6>.
Header Tags In Blogger :-
By default all the pages in blogger have the same h1
tag, which is the site title, forSEO it is necessary that
each page must have only one h1 tag and unique header1 tag for every page that must have your keywords. To do
so follow the steps shown in the file or search the code in Google header1 tag
optimization for blogger.
Note: Header1 should not be equal to header2, and h2 should not be
equals to header3 likewise,but must be inter related to each other. If they are
same ,your website would be pushed in to spam. So please be careful while
choosing the header
tags and its matter which is related to your
respective site. Follow the exact below steps
Step 1. Go to 'Template' ---> Edit Html
Step 2: In 'edit html' : find (CTRL+F) this in the code:

Now replace <h3 class='post-title entry-title'> to <h1 class='post-title entry-title'> and </h3> to </h1>

This example shows that your template use H3 tag for post title (If you don't find it, your template may use H2 tag for post title). Replace H3 (or H2) at this code with H1.
NOTE: The coding might be present twice, if it present twice do the change for both of them.
Step 4: Click on 'Layout'
Step 5: Click on 'Edit' in the 'Header' (where your website title appears )
Step 6: Clik on 'Choose File' from your computer, select the banner available in the computer folder and upload it else upload your own logo.
Step 7: Select the option 'Instead of Title and Description'
Step 8: Click on 'Save' Button.
Step 9: Click on 'Settings' Menu --> 'Posts and Comments'
Step 10: In 'Show at most' select '1' post on main page.
Step 11: 'Save the Settings'
